Not the perfect match? We totally get it - here's how to return your items.

Exchange
We offer free size or style exchanges. Simply fill out the return form inlcuded in your package and send it back to us. Once we've received your return, we'll process the exchange and send you the new item free of charge.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that BILALI The Label does not cover return shipping costs. For your own security, we recommend using tracked shipping with proof of postage. To return or exchange an item, please just use the return form included in your package .

Please note: For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unworn, unswashed and in a original condition. We are unable to accept returns, if the hygiene sticker has been removed or if tags are missing. We kindly ask that all swimwear is tried on over your underwear.

Our compimentary goodie bag may only be kept if at least one item from the order is retained. 

Once your return has been reviewed, we will process your refund via the original payment method. This can take up to 7 business-days depending on your payment method.
