Scope of application
The general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of BILALI The Label GmbH to costumers. A customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly attributable neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activities.
Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with BILALI The Label GmbH; CEO: Amelia Bilali-Khedira, Allensteiner Str. 12; 70736 Fellbach; Commercial register: Amtsgericht Stuttgart; Register number: HRB777079.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store of BILALI The Label GmbH is solely an invitation to purchase the goods. It does not represent a legally binding offer. By clicking on the order button, the buyer initiates a binding order of the goods in his shopping cart. A purchase contract between BILALI The Label GmbH and the customer is created by sending the order confirmation by e-mail to the consumer immediately after his order. The conclusion of the contract takes place exclusively in the English language.
Right of withdrawal:
Every customer can make use of his 14-day right of revocation. In the case of a revocation, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Cancellation policy
To properly exercise a revocation, the customer must inform BILALI The Label GmbH (name, address, email address, date of purchase) by means of a clear statement (mail or email) about his decision to revoke the purchase contract. For this purpose, the customer can use our withdrawal form or make and send another clear statement. In the case of a revocation by the customer, will receive a confirmation of receipt of his revocation. The withdrawal period is 14 days after receipt or taking possession of the goods by the customer or a third party designated by the customer. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If the customer has revoked his purchase contract, BILALI The Label GmbH shall refund all payments made by him, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date of purchase, on the date on which the transmission of his revocation was duly received by BILALI The Label GmbH. The repayment to the seller will be made through the same channel that the seller used in his case. BILALI The Label GmbH reserves the right to refuse repayment until the products have been received back and checked for proper condition. The consumer must return the products no later than 14 days upon delivery to BILALI The Label GmbH.
Prices and shipping costs
The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the indicated prices, the customer shall bear the shipping costs indicated in the shipping costs table as well as in the shopping cart system.
Delivery
The delivery of the products takes place in all listed countries with DHL. Exact delivery times are indicated on the respective shipping page.
Payment
The following payment methods are offered to the costumer: Paypal, Credit Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payment instructions for the specified payment methods can be found on our separate payment page.
Retention of title
Until full payment, the products remain the property of BILALI The Label GmbH.
