We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations, as customs clearance is often required prior to delivery. If duties or taxes are applicable, DHL will typically contact you via email, phone, or other means to arrange payment of the outstanding charges or provide instructions for collecting your parcel.

In the case of a return, import duties and taxes will not be refunded, as these charges are imposed by local authorities and are beyond our control.

 

Important information:
If a shipment is not accepted by the customer, not collected, or refused due to unpaid duties and taxes, the customer shall bear all resulting costs.
These may include, but are not limited to:

- storage fees charged by customs authorities for holding the shipment
- return shipping costs to us
- any additional handling fees incurred upon re-importation into the country of origin.

All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
